1. Locate the job description for a full-time management or executive position in your specialization with an HRT organization or company. You can also refer to the professional membership organization(s) you located for the Module 2 Discussion to locate jobs, many of those organizations have a job search function on their web page.

2. Select a real HRT business, nonprofit or public agency and a real management position that fits with your career goals and philosophy. The idea is to locate a professional position in HRT that you could seek in the future.

3. Do not select your current or former position or an organization or company you work for, have worked for, or have already written about for this class. Open up new horizons by looking into new positions/organizations.  

4. Locate information about the mission/vision/value/ethics/goal statements for the organization or company. 

5. Post information about what you found, be specific about the organization and job title, why the job and organization appeal to you.
