Aside from the laws your learned about in the textbook and the pending legislation you researched, if you had sole authority to implement a completely new HR-related law nationwide, what would it be? Think big. Get creative.
For example, I’d make reverse age discrimination illegal in the workplace and in employment-related decisions. This would basically expand the Age Discrimination in Employment Act to prohibit discrimination on the basis of age, whether the complainant is older or younger than the referent(s).
