For this assignment, students must include the following:

• At least two references to theological resources from the course materials to define and
describe the doctrine.
• At least one clear example from church history that shows how the doctrine has been
interpreted historically. This means that students will need to interact with an additional
source related to the historical contours of the doctrine as well.
