Instructions:

1. Create and present a 2-minute video commercial on their chosen CAM remedy, based on the Remedy Grid Finder suggestion (from PART 1). *** Please provide info for me to include in a video. 
   • Choose one of the items/products suggested by the Remedy Grid Finder and then make your video.
2. The commercial should be inviting enough to make the others want to try the product.
3. Please include how you took the remedy and its effectiveness.
4. The video should also address any side effects or contraindications.
5. Research the remedy and provide evidence to support its effectiveness.
   • Find/ use researched articles/books of EBP (Evidenced Based Practice).
   • Cite and reference your sources.
