Discussions shall include (1) what each of you learned from the assigned readings and (2) how you can apply what you learned in your particular situation/environment (work, church, sports teams, volunteer efforts, etc.) … it’s the personal learning and personal application that I want you to discuss and share with others in D2L Discussions.

Writing Assignment:

(1) Main Document: Using the information contained in the readings, videos, and discussions, define in your own words what Organizational Learning means and discuss how Organizational Learning contributes to team members’ flourishing and an excellentorganization.

(2) Write a Reading Digest on each of this week’s readings.
