The article critique will follow the eight elements of critical thinking. The critique will be written in APA (American Psychological Association) format. The critique must be double spaced with each element of critical thought underlined as a specific heading. Refer to a link under Course Documents for an explanation of each header. Assumptions made by the author- Prior to completing the study, what are the assumptions stated by the author on the issue at hand, presuppositions, ideas which are taken for granted prior to conducting extensive investigations on the study. Author’s opinion prior to completing the study

Points of view- Give the frame of reference, perspective, and orientation of the study. The study is based on substantial evidence shared among researchers. The author of the case study base his/her study on existing research. Include various viewpoints supporting the topic at hand.

Data/Information- Results, numbers, percentages, etc., facts, observations gleaned as a result of completing this study, methods used

Inferences/Implications/Consequences- What can be inferred as a result of conducting this study, conclusion, solutions, consequences, what are the interpretations gathered by the author

Opinion- Your personal opinion based on the article.
