You must submit a minimum of 45 DNP Project Hours that you completed during this course. You can use the weekly activities of this course which are directly related to your DNP Project as hours for towards your 1000 hours total needed to successfully complete this program.

I spent 3 hours in a staff meeting analyzing the Quality measures tool in the organization. We evaluated the organizational and patient outcomes and satisfaction at this moment. I proposed strategies to provide high-quality health care related to the standards of quality health system goals. The meeting head was the company, Chief Medical Officer. 

This activity helps me understand disparities in care delivery that can affect the implementation of my DNP project before its performance guarantees the desired outcomes.

Stakeholder support is necessary for a successful change proposal project implementation. A professional conversation was established; this allowed me to approach the member commitment with the organization and patient care. Few new suggestions based on different points of view received. I was challenged to get reliable, accurate web training to support clinical decision-making that meets my evidence-based nursing clinical practice change expectations. I targeted Diabetic patients' management tools in the Hispanic population and how providers can guarantee better performance using a new protocol in the clinic after evaluating the web-based information resources in frontline practice. This activity encourages me to understand disparities in diabetic care in my selected setting that can affect the implementation of my DNP project.
