One of the defining features of an organization is that it coordinates the behaviors of its members so that they can work collectively. But while coordination is a nice concept in theory, it is surprisingly complicated to achieve in practice. For this discussion, consider the worst organization you have been a part of (this can be a workplace, or any other organization such as a club, school, team, etcetera).

List three tensions that are/were the biggest issue at your organization.

Describe how they affected your daily organizational communication.
Discuss which communication relationship the organization ascribed to as discussed in Chapter 1.
Explain if you think things would have been different had a different organizational communication relationship been utilized.
